This self-paced online course has been developed for professionals who work with young people across a wide range of sectors, and for people in related management or policy roles. The course aims to support you to understand pornography’s prevalence and nature, how it is contributing to young people’s sexual socialisation, and what you can do to support young people to safely navigate pornography’s influence.
Our full day professional learning is for staff who work with young people and their families. It utilises a combination of presentations, videos, small and large group discussions and activities to provide staff with:
a strong understanding of pornography’s prevalence, nature and impact on young people
frameworks and strategies for addressing pornography’s influence with young people.
It is suitable for up to 60 participants for in-person delivery. You may wish to consider inviting staff from other organisations in your region.
